My name is Nonhlanhla Mcira I met with 1Life sales rep at Chris Hani Crossing Vosloorus and 1 of them approached me and told me about the products and then convinced me to just do a quote with them little did I know that they have other plans that was on the 26th of July and I didn't take any policy or product. Fast forward just 3/4 days back an amount of R330 was deducted from my bank account from 1Life I then went to the bank and I was told I can't reverse my money because 1life locked it then I contacted 1 life regarding the policy I know nothing about that's where I learned that the person who said will do a quotation actually joined it for me without my permission which is ***** I then told the supervisor of the Chris Hani brunch to cancel that policy because I never said I'm joining and I didn't give them my documents the supervisor's name is Ayanda Motloung she then agreed to cancel the policy but told me that they won't refund me.

I'm entitled to my money, I worked hard for it for just you to take it without my permission what you guys are doing is ********ity, I wonder how many people are being ****** on daily bases by you guys and the elderly people who can't even check their bank balances. I hope this will be delt with swiftly.
