<p>my mother went to the offices of 1life about 3 months ago with regards to a ********** policy taken out in her name..she was assisted by Sydney who then advised that the team that handles these type of queries is based in randburg...he than did his part by escalating the matter to the relevent department and CCd me (daughter) on email...my mother was later contacted by a consultant by the name of AYANDA who promised the issue is being resolved...she then faxed the required documents...debits were stopped which was a good sign...HOWEVER she has stil not recieved her MONEY BACK..she has called numerous times to find out what is happening and she is always promised a callbacki but NEVER gets called back...ALL SHE WANTS IS HER MONEY WHICH WAS TAKEN FROM HER WITHOUT HER CONSENT AND IS TIRED OF WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CALL HER BACK...SHE AN ELDERLY AND 1LIFE IS NOW KEEPING HER MONEY FOR NO APPERENT REASON....FEEDBACK IS NEVER P[ROVIDED AND NOW WE DO WANT TO DISCUSS ANYTHING UNLESS IT IS RELATED TO HER REFUND....CALL ME HER DAUGHTER AS I WILL BE HANDLING THIS ON HER BEHALF GOING FORWARD</p>
