Forceful ************ disguised as sales offering

On 19 February I was woefully intimidated by a telesales person of 1Life by the name of Lankeshia Thangavalu . I was harangued by this person for nearly 1/2 hour on the phone, being presented with an overload of information. I've requested a few times that a quote be emailed to me so that I could peruse it carefully and to be able to make an informed decision. These requests she seemed not to have heard, or wilfully ignored.<br> <br> I strongly object to this kind of forceful ************ disguised as a helpful sales offering. To force a customer to make such an important decision on the spot, after being harassed for such a long time on the phone is ********, in my opinion.<br> <br> In principle I will not deal with people who show absolutely NO regard or respect for their customers.
