Feel ****** by 1life

Hi my name is Mpho Nkence I've been a client with 1life for very long time ,yesterday when I nedeed to update my personal info as well request document I was dissapointed to discovered that I'm still covered under accidental cover ,for ***.00 cover which I was paying round figured amount of 370 00 the lady who was assisting me ask to do medical questionnaire again I order for 1life to change to normal life cover which we did over the phone , then this morning she calls to inform me that my cover is still going to be accidental cover to amount of 485,00 I asked how come she said underwriters feel I can only be covered for accident !! I'm like how Come I'm only 44 I'm not HIV positive ,I got no chronic conditions then why ? Is this madness or what .. I'm very dissapointed and feel these people have been robbing me all these years ,coz they claim they have contacted me before but couldn't get hold of me whereas I receive SMS from the them and calls too I now have to cancel it cause I can't be charged such amount only for accidental cover it's daylight ******..they are just taking money from me knowing they will give you stories.this company is really not a good company to cover yourself in I've seen bad reviews about it little did I know I will be a victim too. The fear o have now I need to get another cover elsewhere coz the one I trusted has taken money from me . Knowing it's not what I wanted from the onset I have a house which was why I took this life cover .
