Fast friendly service
What a breathe of fresh air! To be greeted in such an enthusiastic and friendly manner as my call was handled by Wayne Powell this morning is rare from call centre staff these days. Wayne was fast friendly and efficient - one can immediately hear he answered the call with a smile and a genuine willingness to help - well done! <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from First For Women Insurance to 1Life by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
