I dealt with a gentleman called Bafana Malabie, he was very professional and beyond efficient; he was precise and came down to my level and understood my needs. He sympathized with me following the death of my father and educated me on the difference between what's important and what's not when it comes to life's priority and assured me that Life/Funeral insurance is certainly a priority. To reflect back as well my father's claim was paid out timeously and quick.
I am happy with 1Life and will recommend it to friends and family.
