Fantastic and exceptional Customer Service.......Well Done Thandeka!!!!

<p>I have worked in Customer care for a while and ive come across all sorts of attitudes and at times felt very dissapointed and drained by being a consultant, i think it was worse when i worked in sales. so it felt good being on the other side and being the client and receiving such professional and exceptional service. Thandeka was not drained by my questions nor did she get frustrated like i was when i was a consultant. I simply wated to get info and sign up, this girl excelerated my day and made it "Rain". She was funny , cheerful, polite, considerate and listened to every word i said and made my call very personal to a point where i thought im a VIP or an elite client. Thandeka Ndaba You are a star and truely an asset to your company. Well don sisi. I hope you continue to make it "Rain"for others too.</p>
