I was contacted by Lincoln P irt Policy cover. he provided a fantastic service, well informed never doubted his responses and knowledge - i found him to be extremely clued up on products offered.had no issues when he was asked to repeat or clarify what he said. Super cool attitude to his clients. very professional and friendly a perfect person to be providing customer services. It was a pleasure liaising with him. IF all call center agents were like him i wouldn't mind receiving these calls daily. I believe that with the service he rendered he is a role model to his fellow team mates and will be for others as well. <br> Super fantastic service. keep it on doing what you do. i wish you well. <br>
