False advertising/bad service/unresponsive complaints department

Absolutely terrible. False advertising that you get a Takealot voucher after doing a quotation. I did the quote in March and still haven't received the voucher. I've been emailed by 3 or more resolution agents who all say the same thing, we are aware of the delay, then nothing after that. I have written confirmation that I qualified for the voucher so why have I not received it yet? Your complaints department is only there to say that they heard the complainant and do nothing to rectify the problem.
