False advertising - useless staff - money gone

My wife SMS'ed 1life and got a call to take out funeral cover, the agent said that natural death will be covered regardless, no blood test as long as the 6month waiting period is catered for. Then 1Life sent a message about no cover for particular illnesses after the first debit. My wife and I know what illnesses we have and don't have so clearly 1Life is in it for lying to clients. Had she known that the policy taken will only cover accidental death then she wouldn't have taken it. Cancelling the policy has been a nightmare with communication still being sent to her phone and cancellation SM not received. I demand that you telephone me and sort this out as speaking to my wife has not solved the problem!! Your company is a ***** and has taken two debits after promising a refund if customer is not happy within three months of policy inception. 1Life is a 1 chance of taking money for nothing
