FALSE ADVERTISING AND MISLEADING VULNERABLE PEOPLE. My colleague Mr Siyabonga Patrick Ngcobo took out a policy with ILife. He told me that if something should happen to him one day that I must please assist his wife. He did the blood tests in my office the day the nurse came to the school to do bloods, because I also had to do bloods for my Momentum policy. Mr Ngcobo passd away in October last year and I tried assisting his widow to claim. I LIFE gave us the run around. They first tried to deny the claim saying he didnt take blood tests but fortunately I was a witness to that. They then sent 100 forms which the widow had to get filled in andf I assisted her with that. She had to go up and down to the hospital where he died to get some of teh forms completed, which she did. I have since been sending numerous emails to 1 Life enquiring why they havent paid out. My emails get READ because I requested a Read report but nobody replies. I treathened that I am going to report them, that I am going to write to Hello Peter but nobody seems to be interested. This is unacceptable and makes me wonder HOW MANY other people are getting ********** by 1LIFE. I would rate them a minus 10 if I could,
