False advertising

My dad had a 1life funeral policy. He passed on the 11 May 2021. I had to send the documents and the when I phoned they haven't received so I send it 8 times again to make sure. I have been phoning and then they will get back to you. That never happens. Today is the 21st and still waiting. Today they said they are waiting for approval from Management and will call before 5. I wouldn't recommend 1life to anyone. It's a sad time and then the hassle and worries to bury a loved one. I agree with other reviewer. They are full of lies and empty promises false advertising.
