False advertising.

I wish I can say the same with good service for the past few years they have been giving me a run around for the recording because I was made to believe something that was not true,now even management is avoiding my calls but they enjoying my money from 2005 and i am not allowed to access my policy, I will take this further until its resolved even if I have to put it in the papers and report them.
