On the 9th of December 2020 I took out a life policy and I clearly instructed the policy advisor that I want my policy to be active from February 2021, obviously she's did her own thing, because I got an email notifying me that my debit order didn't go through.with all due respect cancel the policy with immediate effect I want nothing do with 1 Life
