Extremely Rude Agent

The company has been call me bout 3 time every day for the last 2 week. When i told the advisor "Zuku" that this has been happening. his response was extremely rude and I feel that an apology in writing is the very least that should be provided in this case. His exact words was" would you like to be called twice a day". There is definitely a lack of training or how to handle clients.
