Extremely bad service

I've called funeral claims department yesterday to make a claim and I was speaking to Nandi Mbuli, the agent was not empathetic and she was impatient even the manner of the tone was like am boring her especially knowing very well that am calling regarding the loss of my loved one.

I'm literally disappointed with your service.
