Expectations exceeded

Called in to request my policy documentations and Wayne kept me updated at every step even with the system issues that he was experiencing. I was most pleased that at no point during the call did he place me on hold. Thank you for keeping me engaged throughout and yes you were correct I did receive my docs not even 5 minutes after hanging up.
