exellect service and good attitude

I had a very serious problem. I had a house which FNB was financing but for some reason my policy was cedded to RBA which was a developer , instead of FNB and then we sold out the house so I needed to take RBA from my policy. I have been going pillar to post trying to fix this with other life consultant, trying to explain this situation and did not get help until one day my call was answered by Kavi Singarum and things happened. I am very happy and gratefull that there are such people like him who understand what is customer service and do exellent work.
