Exceptional service received
I am very pleased with the service received from Phumi who processed our funeral claim. She was very emapthetic and understood that seeing as my mother was also in the car accident and recovering, she dealt with me directly. She explained process clearly and patiently. Called back promptly and kept me up to date regarding the progress of the claim. Keep it up Phumi.
