Exceptional Service!
I had a query on my life policy and i got through to Denga upon contacting 1Life's contact centre. The level of professionalism and the sense of humour he has is exceptional. He made me feel like i'm the only client 1Life has ever had. He patiently took me through my policy document and explained what i needed to understand and for me that is an outstanding service.
