Exceptional service
Firstly, I hate contacting any insurers and call centers, they keep you on the line forever and you often have to provide the same information over and over again. The daunting thing about the insurance policies is taking time to do your blood work. For the first time, SINCE having my policy in 2009 I was alerted by Bafana that a nurse could come to my place of work. He was professional, extremely efficient and very kind. I have delayed doing my blood work because of the tiring exercise. <br> <br> Thank you Bafana.
