Exceptional Service

I tried to submit my claim on the 12th of August 2015 but forgot to attach all the necessary documentation, I was so relaxed thinking everything is in order until I received a call which was actually a follow up on the email already sent that I didn't even see. Mareliza explained that there is no attachment on my mail. Agitated as I was I resend the email with attachment this time and she immediately called me to acknowledge receipt and also sent an email confirming that my claim has been allocated an assessor.<br> <br> I was very relieved after that. Thank you very much Mareliza. We need more people like you during these trying times.
