Excellent Service received by Wayne Powell

I recently got retrenched from work and I had to phone 1 Life to cancel my policy. I spoke to Wayne Powell.<br> He absolutely blew me away with his efficiency, professionalism and fantastic attitude. Nothing has been too much to ask and he understood the situation I was in. He was friendly and had very good telephone etiquette. I often find which is unfortunate, that the customer service levels are not what they ought to be out there. But Wayne undoubtedly displayed everything I could want and ask for in a customer service agent. Wayne handled my query with such great sympathy.<br> He even spoke words of encouragement, because I lost my job. This meant allot to me. Thumbs up Wayne!!! A good example of what customer service should be.
