Excellent Service received

I emailed the Insurance company to return debit orders of mine. <br> 15/03/2016 I received a call, immediately I detect, it's not the a usual brash, full of attitude voice. Shalendren calmly spoke to me, explaining why I could not have my request granted. I insisted, whereupon he asked me to hold on, he came back, apologized for the wait and carried on calmly with me. I did not received the desired outcome, but he made me feel important, offered me a solution, also emailed me the documents when he said he would Why I made the attempt to let everyone know is: Not often does an agent from a call centre take the time to speak decently to a client, Shalendren did. He offered another option, in spite of my expectation not being met, and I felt ok as he made sure I was covered. He went beyond the normal call duty and I commend him for this excellent client service. Keep up the good work Shalendren.
