Excellent service is when you go the extra mile

I called 1Life to arrange a payment as I missed my debit order. The consultant was more than helpful. He explained that I should expect a double debit andbetween which dates, he then went on to ask if my personal details we're still the same and offered to send me my policy doc so I can verify my information. I found this very important as it can affect my payout at claim stage. I work for a big insurance company and I know how important it is to regularly update your information. I have received my policy doc as he had promised. Thank you very much
