Excellent Service from Bafana Malabie

<p>Today I called the 1Life Insurers Contact Centre to update my Funeral Policy details. I was assisted by Bafana and what a pleasure it was to deal with him. The most important aspect of our interaction was that he is a person who takes it upon himself to actually look at a person's policy and advised where necessary. It gives one a sense of relief that at least someone knows what serving a client is all about. And what a pleasant personality...! Thank you Bafana, KEEP IT UP!!</p>
