Excellent Service Delivery
<p>Bafana Malabie is a real asset to 1life direct. After numerous calls to their offices today, no1 could find my life cover on the system. I finally ended up at Bafana. He put a personal touch to his interaction with me and lifted me up. He improved my experience. I needed my policy schedule to be emailed to me (which he has done immediately) to send off to discovery as I want to move to them. Bafana's great service actually made me upgrade my cover with 1life direct. Well done to him. He must keep up the fantastic work.</p> <p> </p>
