Excellent service by Mr Wayne Powell, call center agent.
<p>Mr Powell assisted me with changing my debit order details in less time than it takes some call centers to answer your call. He was very professional and friendly (even cracking jokes with me) which leads me to believe that he really cares about his customers.</p> <p>I am not an easy person to please, but BIG UP to Mr Powell. I will be contacting him directly if I ever have any issues with One Life.</p>
