Excellent service
Yesterday, I requested a call back on 1Life's website in order to provide me with a quote for a funeral cover. A lady by the name of Pretty Hadebe called me back and she explained the product very well and its benefits. I was unfortunately very busy and therefore I had to keep her on hold on several occasions. She was very patient, understanding and she kept her promises and called me back each time I requested this. I found the service from Pretty to be very friendly, efficient and professional. Keep up the good work
