Excellent Service

Excellent Service I called 1Life to discuss my policy. I was greeted by a very friendly person Bafana Malabie who was very kind and warm. I had a business call on the other line and he was gracious enough to hold on for me and when the call ended he carried on assisting me. There was a technical issue on the line and it was cut and I can not believe the service, he actually called me back. Well done Bafana, there should be more like you
