I would like to thank both Christine Smith and Monique Booysens for the excellent way in which they handled my query. They both went what seemed to me the extra mile in making sure that my issue was handled and resolved efficiently and without any inconvenience to me. What impressed me most, which most other companies never seem to do, is keep me the client updated on the progress of my query every step of the way so I don't have to call them back to get updates. This is not great, but really exceptional service. People are an organization's greatest asset, especially in competitive markets.
