I have just spoken to a call centre lady, Nonhlanhla Hadebe concerning my life policy. WHAT A PLEASANT, PROFFESIONAL AND VERY HELPFUL lady. Keep up the good word Nonhly and maybe one of these days you will be a floor manager :) Thanks once again for your prompt and efficient service and help.
