I would like to take this opportunity and send my warmest gratitude to an agent by the name of Yonela who assisted me with a funeral claim I did after my dad passed away. She was exceptionally professional and made me feel like I was not just a number. I felt like she put herself in my shoes. I wish she can keep up the good work she does.
