I called in to change my debit order details for the festive period, The consultant i spoke with was very friendly and very helpful, the call was relatively short and swift - this clearly displays the level of efficiency and her knowledge regarding her products - this is indeed what i call "phenomenal service" it exceeded my expectations as i was merely worried that my policies might lapse since they were behind.
