Today I phoned in to update my policy as I do yearly! I was not looking forward to it as it is time consuming but things has to be done! I was directed to Wayne Powell. Great was my surprise because Wayne was friendly and assisting me in Afrikaans and English, and he was one of the friendliest persons I met at a call Centre in a long time! After my update on my policy I need to speak to Wayne about my policy again and I left a message for him to call me back - within 5 min Wayne react on my message! Thanks a million Wayne for your professional way of handling my policy updates. Be sure I will never make use of any body except for Wayne. Wayne is a big asset to the insurance company and to the clients outside. Keep up the good work Wayne I appreciate your loyalty and your professional way of handling your client!
