Excellent Service
I just opened a policy with 1Life Insurance and spoke to a lady by the name of Lisbeth Hlangwane. She was very efficient, on point, knowledgeable and very friendly. I felt like I was speaking to my friend. It is vital for every company in the service industry to deliver great service. she promised to call me back on 2 occasions and she did, with a smile on her voice. Well done.
