Excellent Service
<p>I phoned 1life to add a member to the funeral policy I took out today and I was assisted by Salathise Msindwana. He is quite a gentleman who speaks clearly and confirms information to ensure there'll be no errors. He sounds passionate about his work and is a good listener, he does not make assumptions he listens to understand. He is a great asset to the organisation and I would work with him any day as he seems to possess the necessary customer service s****s required to perform his duties.</p>
