Excellent service

<p>I called 1Life Direct to request copies of my policy documents and Salathise Msindwana assisted me. During the conversation the phone got cut and within few seconds he called me back. That was exceptional. He then went an extra mile and checked my documents whereby he realised that i didnt select any beneficiaries on my life cover because i ceded my policy to the bank, something i didnt realise. I really appreciate the way Salathise Msindwana conducts himself, he must keep up the good work.</p>
