Excellent customer service from Bafana at 1life Insurance

Today I called 1life Insurance with a query. I was assisted by a call center agent named Bafana. He was very professional with me and he managed to calm me down, as I was unhappy in the beginning of the call. When the line cut us, he immediately called me back, he went through in detail the document that I was not happy with. In the end it was a great customer experience from a very professional and calm gentleman. Thank you Bafana, we need more people like you in the service industries.
