<p> I called the 1Life contact number and i was transferred to a gentleman by the name of Bafana Malabie. Mr Malabie took note of what i was saying and jumped straight into action and resolved my problem. I had emailed 1Life the day before but I hadn't received a response which lead me to calling again.
