To 1Life Management<br> <br> I would like to commend one of your consultants, Lincoln Padavattan, on excellent client service provided. <br> He responded to my online request without me indicating for a call-back, maybe because I just did not know how to do so :-) <br> Also, he provided me with thorough product information and gave me time to think about it and followed up with me when I asked him to. This definitely helped me in securing my decision to take up 3 of your products.<br> I often find which is unfortunate, that the customer service levels are not what they ought to be out there. But Lincoln undoubtedly displayed everything I could want and ask for in a customer service agent.<br> <br> Well done Lincoln!
