<p>Yesterday, 01/02/17, I called 1Life Direct to update personal details. I was greeted by a friendly Denga Singo.</p> <p>This gentleman was efficient, friendly and very professional. My call was answered very speedily (unlike many other call centres) which is another plus.</p> <p>Thank you Dengo for your professional yet very humble demeanour. I wish I am always assisted by someone like you.</p>
