Excellent Call Centre Agent - You rock Bafana.
Hi 1Life,
I delt with an Agent with the name Bafana - was not able to get his surname - but wow that guys knows his story :) Bafana thank you for your assistant and yes I took out funeral cover with him. Bafana you gave a personal touch to our call. You rock, you are a star... 1Life - you have a gem - look after Bafana.
