Excellent and Quality Service - *Thank you Stanton Singh*

I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr Stanton Singh and his leaders for such an amazing service I received today morning. I thank the management team because his performance is a reflection of them.

Stanton was knowledgeable on the product and made sure that I understood what I was getting myself into. He further explained how the process works and asked if I understood before moving on to the next part of the policy. He did not put any pressure on me to understand everything at once. Instead, he patiently explained the process and answered all the questions asked.

To be honest, I do not think that I would have taken the cover if I had spoken to someone else. This clearly shows that it is not only the product that drives customers to take up but the agent's attitude too. The call was informative and fun. He showed interest in my life, and we had general conversations in between as we waited for the system to update all that he has capturing (my observation). As a result, I did not feel the length of the call or held at any point, and it was definitely not robotic. It always feels natural when one does not read a script from the beginning to the end of the call.

Customer service agents have one of the most difficult jobs because they deal with all types of clients. I can only imagine how that affects agents emotionally and mentally. However, it takes a lot of strength, courage, passion and right mindset to remain positive even in the most ridiculous times. Having said that, I would for Stanton to be acknowledged for displaying excellency, quality, transparency and having the right attitude as a representative of 1Life. The acknowledgement can be incentives or even a promotion because he really deserves it. In addition, you might want to use his calls as a communication skill lesson/coach/training to his colleagues in form of training - I believe it will be beneficial to all.

Stanton is a friendly, kind and professional young man. I would recommend him to any other customer that wants to know more on 1Life. He is a perfect example of good customer service. He is an asset to the Organization, a good representative that has to be treasured.

I thank you once again Stanton, you are an amazing agent and as a customer, I appreciate your kindness and patience.
