Excellent and Efficient customer service,

I called 1 Life insurance an spoke to Eugene Wagener to address the query that I had, Not only did he identify the course of my problem he investigated the matter, updated me on the process that only took 3 days, even sent me the recording of the conversation that I had with the last consultant that was helping me to open a life cover so that I understand. After I listening to that recording I realized that I made a mistake and the consultant only followed my instruction. He advised me on what to do to correct the misunderstanding.
