excellent!!

I called in wanting to make an arrangement for the debit order for my funeral and life cover. I had reversed the debit order payments cause I had to re-prioritise. The consultant was very helpful and professional. He gave me a few options of the dates of when I can pay the two policies( something one of his collegues failed to do the the previous day when she told me they will make a double debit towards the end of the month). This gentleman even made sure all the details in my policies are correct and up to date. He even sent me an email immediately after I dropped the call, confirming everything we spoke about on the phone...Bravo!!!
