I was assisted by Thandeka yesterday @15h35 with amending my funeral cover. She was very friendly and helpful. Unlike other consultants her English was very clear and it didn't sound like she was reading a bedtime story when she explained that whole authorised financial consultant etc. She Immediately emailed me the amended policy . Excellent service Thandeka
