Estate Late: M.S. Bolton

I have been waiting since 29/06/2026 for them to send me details of a policy on the life of the deceased. I have subsequently followed up twice with them and on the last occasion I got a read receipt of my email, but still no response from them. Is this the level of service that you give to all your clients??? Absolutely ridiculous, maybe I must demand that you pay interest on the claim amount!!!!!!!
