Empty promises/ unreliable life insurance

<p>Me and my husband late had a life insurance with 1Life since 2008. He passed on car accident on the 02/02/2016. I reported the claim in February and I submitted all the required documents. They phone and updated that they waiting for medical documents from the Dr. I phone d them 3 months later they told me same story. No one has ever come back to me since then. Even now I can't tell what is going on with my husband claim and its 8 months now since I have reported the claim. i wouldn't advise a person to take a policy with 1life its like you throwing your money on the drain.</p>
