Efficient Service
I phoned in informing that my salary will not be paid on the normal date and that will affect the debit order date for 1life premiums (Life & funeral) Then he advised without any fuss that would it be a problem to make the 1st of each and every month the debit date - I rep**** that its fine. What stood out was the manner that he handled both policies at once without any fuss (He was jus efficient).
